Yokohama TWS Whistleblowing System
Whistleblowing System plays a crucial role in identifying potential issues and addressing those that may go unnoticed. The proper implementation and use of the system can enable the strengthening and growth of our ethical values and also protect the Company from risks such as, by way of example, those of a reputational nature.
By promoting a transparent work environment, our system empowers employees also to speak up when they witness or suspect any wrongdoing within our organization.
Going beyond the compliance with legal requirements, we decided to implement the System making it accessible worldwide.
Our Whistleblowing system
The Whistleblowing system shall be used when there is a reason to suspect that laws, regulations and/or our internal rules, such as our Code of Conduct, are being violated.
Every employee should, without fear of retaliation from anyone, use our reporting channels to raise genuine concerns of any such improper activity.
External third parties (such as suppliers, customers and others external stakeholders) that have business relationship or are involved with the Yokohama TWS Company, may as well report suspected violations using the Reporting Channels.
